Residential Renewable Energy Tax Credit is Extended Through 2032
Under current federal law you can take advantage of federal tax credits when installing a geothermal heat pump system in your home.
August 2022 the "Residential Renewable Energy Tax Credit" was extended and is currently set at 30% of your total installation cost through 2032. In 2023, the credit will be reduced to 26% through 2033 and then reduced to 22% through 2034.
